File a complaint and a lawsuit
The technician improperly installed my wheels. They installed them without strut players/spacers which was causing my tires to rub against the struts. I'll asked them several times to resolve the issue, and they always put it off. The result of their negligence cause my car to burn to a complete lost. Seeking legal action against them.no

An employee from rimtyme took it upon themselves to use my card to draft money out. I never gave anyone authority to use my card nor did I enroll in autopay. I have the contract and it doesnt state any such thing. Now Im asking for the money back and they tell me that they cant process a refund and they wont give me any names as to who withdrew the money without authorization. This is a horrible company User's recommendation: Do not go here.

Their negligence resulted in the lost of my vehicle
They knowingly put my life at risk. They didn't deny any fault at all. They need to be sued. I'm searching for their corporate office number.on

Bad rim tech
I paid my rims off when they were Rotating my tires and supposed to get a nail out of the other one I get my rims back and they were scratched on the face and where they took the wheel weights off to rebalance them and they said the nail didnt go through so they pulled it out and they never pulled it out. And they put paint on the rim to hide it.

Need to talk to someone in the corporate office
First of all I'm confined to a wheelchair I went to rimtyme on airline I purchased a adapter for $80 and when I installed it the part didn't fit properly and would've caused my wheel to Falk off if driven on it. I returned the part the very next day and was told by the employee who sold it to me and a manager that they couldn't refund my money that I was stuck with it and i don't think that's fair to me because I wasn't able to use the part it was still new . I wasn't told when i purchased the part that it was nonrefundable. I wasn't given a receipt and was not aware of any nonrefundable policy. Now I'm stuck with this part and they keeps my money

I want to know how my rims cost more than what I paid for them
I have gotten some more rims from them for $2500 dollars I put down $300 dollars I been paying like between $190-$200 dollars sice September and they say I owe $2900

About my account
I started an account with one pair of rims that was damaged and causing problems to my car I came back after paying on them for a month switched over to another pair which also they did not put on right and were loose and I almost lost a wheel on the highway and had to get it fixed well I pay my bill on time and now my 90 days is up well the original cost of the rims is $2,500 plus tax I was $1,300 invested in the rims I didn't meet the deadline of the 90 days so now I'm being charged $5,000 and 45% of $5,000 and is not been given any other options I called with questions concerning my account because I make my payments on time every week well some guy named Justin seems to not have customer service skills so I would prefer to talk to somebody professional thank you

Service at location in lithia springs
The guys that work at this location sold me a set of tires and rims that has caused me nothing but a headache. After they put on the tires and rims an electronic park brake fault light came on in the car. I questioned the guys about this light because this light was not on prior to this. They told me to drive the car for a couple of hours and it should go off. I drove it for 2 days and the light still on. I asked for better tires and they said no. I was told by the shop that balanced my tires that the tires sold to me were cheap that's why the car shakes. At this point I want my money back and the electronic park brake light fixed. I will never come to this establishment and I would not recommend this business to anyone. User's recommendation: Do not do business with this location.
